Why Chapters
Talent is everywhere — opportunity is not.
Most of the world's best founders never make it to a coastal startup hub. Chapters are how High Peak Studio meets builders where they live, plugs them into a national network of mentors and capital, and turns regional energy into companies that compete globally.
What a Chapter Does
Programs that run on the ground
Founder Meetups
Monthly gatherings where local founders share what they're building, what they're stuck on, and what they need next.
Vibe Coding Workshops
Hands-on regional workshops teaching the orchestrator model — directing AI agents to ship real products.
Mentor Office Hours
Recurring access to studio mentors and visiting operators for live working sessions on real problems.
Demo & Pitch Nights
Public showcases where local founders pitch to investors, partners, and the broader community.
Curriculum Pop-Ups
Short-format classes on AI, entrepreneurship, and product — taught by chapter leads and visiting faculty.
Community Stewardship
Connecting founders to local universities, civic partners, and corporate sponsors who can move the ecosystem forward.
How It Works
A chapter, end to end
Each chapter is led by a small founding team in partnership with the studio. We provide the playbook, brand, curriculum, mentor access, and central support. Chapter leads bring local knowledge, hustle, and the relationships that make a regional ecosystem real.
- Founding team of 2–4 local operators applies to start a chapter in their metro.
- Onboarding with the studio: brand, playbooks, mentor introductions, and event templates.
- Quarterly programming calendar — meetups, workshops, office hours, and a flagship demo night.
- Shared back-office: registration, payments, insurance, sponsorship support, and analytics.
- Annual chapter summit to share what's working across the network and set the next year's bets.

Who Leads a Chapter
We look for builders, not bureaucrats
Operator Background
Founders, senior operators, or community builders with real shipping experience and credibility in their region.
Service Mindset
Energized by helping other founders win. The chapter is a platform for the community, not a personal stage.
Communicator
Can write a clear invite, run a tight meetup, and have the kind of conversation that turns a stranger into a collaborator.
Sustainable Commitment
Realistic about the time involved — chapters compound over years, not weeks. We plan accordingly.
Where We're Active
Chapter footprint
Active and forming chapters across multiple regions — and actively recruiting founding teams in cities where the next wave of builders already lives.
Active Chapters
Established chapters running regular programming with mentor access and cohort pipelines into the studio.
Forming Chapters
Founding teams onboarded and running early events — building toward full chapter status.
Open Regions
Metros where we're actively looking for founding teams. Bring a local crew and we'll help you stand it up.
Sponsors & Partners
Civic, university, and corporate partners welcome
Chapters work best when local universities, civic leaders, and forward-looking companies plug in. If your organization wants to back a chapter in your region — through space, sponsorship, mentor time, or talent pipelines — we'd love to talk.
