Venture & Investment
Support diligence, market mapping, and portfolio work alongside our investment team and the Evergreen Funds.
Operations & Studio
Run the engine of the studio — programs, partnerships, events, and the systems that let portfolio companies move fast.
Education & Community
Help design and deliver Vibe Coding workshops, cohorts, and chapter programs across our 501(c)(3) education arm.
What You'll Do
Real work, on real ventures, from week one
Interns are treated as junior members of the team — not observers. Expect to ship, present, and defend your work in front of founders and investors.
- Embed on a studio venture team for the duration of the program.
- Own a meaningful slice of scope — a feature, an experiment, a market, a workstream.
- Get weekly 1:1s with a senior mentor and a written growth plan.
- Present at studio demo days alongside founders and portfolio teams.
- Leave with shipped work, references, and a clear next step into a role or your own venture.

You'd rather ship a rough v1 this week than perfect a plan over a month. Side projects, repos, essays, or shipped product matter more than pedigree.

Program Details
How the program runs
Cohorts
Spring, Summer, and Fall cohorts. Summer is full-time (10–12 weeks); Spring and Fall offer full-time and part-time tracks for students.
Location
Remote-first with optional in-person sprints. Studio teams collaborate across time zones; clear overlap with US business hours is expected.
Compensation
Paid stipends for engineering, product, and AI tracks. Education, community, and venture tracks may be stipended, for-credit, or volunteer depending on scope.
Mentorship
Every intern gets a senior mentor, a studio team, and structured weekly reviews — plus access to our broader mentor and investor network.
How to Apply
A simple, founder-friendly process
We optimize for signal over polish. Tell us what you've built, what you want to learn, and which track fits — we'll take it from there.
- Submit a short application: who you are, what you've shipped, and which track interests you.
- Send links — repos, products, writing, demos — anything that shows how you think and build.
- First conversation with a member of the studio team (30 minutes).
- Working session or paid trial task scoped to your track.
- Offer and onboarding into a studio venture team.
